  PLANTING PASSION FRUITS AND PLUM TREES DURING LOCKDOWN DUE TO COVID-19 in Mbarara / Uganda, By Eliode Bakole September 2020 We are recommended to eat more fruits to strengthen our immune system during these COVID times. I know the environment has no borders. I have done this work to respond to the call of Pope Francis “Laudato Si” and the season of creation which starts in September 2020 with the Catholic Youth Network for Environmental Sustainability in Africa (CYNESA). This had motivated me to plant approximately 500 passion fruit seedlings and 25 plum trees.   Lake Kivu’s cleanup Report   For IdeasForus By Eliode Bakole and Daniel Mastaki Introduction Waste management and cleanup on the coast of Lakes or oceans is one of the five pillars of sustainability and daily battle of IDEASforUs. It is in this regard that the IdeasForUs DRCongo Branch has held its first cleanup activity on Saturday 19 September 2020 in Kituku Market, on the coast of the Lake Kivu in Goma/DRCongo.
